About
I am a retired American living in Mexico. We are commonly called ex-pats. I really don’t know what that means. I am part of a large community of over 14,000 Americans living in the area of my small city. My residence is located in a part of our city that was first settled, in fact we have original papers that were granted to our family before the town existed, over sixty years ago.
I am attempting to live in as small of a carbon footprint as possible. We live on a fixed income, so I am always looking for ways to save a few dollars.
I garden organically, and grow a variety of fruits and vegetables all year around. We also support the local economy by buying foods that are grown and crafted here.
